He is a passionate manufacturing advocate and evangelist, particularly for Minnesota manufacturing, and constantly seeks ways to make manufacturing companies more successful in an increasingly competitive global environment. In large and small companies, Henry has developed a reputation for successfully turning around under-performing business units, integrating operations after mergers and acquisitions and bringing clarity and simplicity to complex projects.

Henry holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering with an emphasis on Controls. He is on the advisory board for Jericho Ventures, LLC, a developer of Biblically based training tools; and the Alumni Board for Saint Thomas Academy. He is the managing partner and co-founder of STA Ventures, a professional services group providing Business Analysis to organizations including due diligence.
