Mary Ellen is well known in the Twin Cities through her extensive leadership activities and her 30+ years of broad human resources and organization development experience. She led the HR function for five firms in the insurance, financial services and high tech sectors. She was also Managing Principal for the Minneapolis office of an international human resources consulting firm.
