Steve’s extensive global reach in manufacturing, engineering, supply and business leadership enables him to bring over 30 years of experience in varying industries. A true advocate of lean principles with a business mind, Steve is constantly looking for ways to increase the top line and decrease total costs. He has successfully turned around both private companies and divisions of public corporations. Spending 15 years on three continents with Cummins Engine Company and most recently with private Minnesota and Wisconsin based manufacturers, as well as U.S. based public companies on supply strategy, his reputation is a no-nonsense approach to being better today than you were yesterday. Steve’s motto of “Don’t Try Just Do” encompasses his work and life experiences on four continents and having conducted business and negotiations around the globe bringing a perspective that is always ethical, imaginative and one that drives change and success.

Steve holds Mechanical Engineering qualifications from the University of South Australia with a Post Graduate Diploma in Operations Management from Danbury College, London, UK and an MBA from Deakin University, Melbourne, Australia.
