Quit Something!

Priorities drive everything! Big companies, small companies, solo entrepreneurs…we all are driven by priorities.

It’s based on the fundamental knowledge that we can’t do everything all at once (although owners would like to.)

So as you lead an organization, what happens when you come back all pumped up from a learning event…a weekend, a vacation reading a book, listening to a business expert…with a bunch of new ideas? Do you set direction by simply adding to the list of priorities for the team?
