Bill Hellkamp has dedicated the past 30 years to helping professionals maximize their capabilities. His organization, REACH Development Systems, specializes in presentation skills, sales development and leadership training. One of the most exciting concepts he has been working on is to combine group training with personal coaching to provide more permanent improvement for each participant.

About Finding Your Spark of Courage:

We find ourselves in challenging times, facing an enemy we can’t see and don’t even know if we are winning. We get conflicting reports and advice from our leaders, scientists and health professionals. And to make it worse, our news media seems intent on picking sides and assigning blame rather than giving us clear and honest reporting. We are confined to our homes and our businesses face losses from which they might never recover and making the wrong decision could prove fatal for us or vulnerable family members. If ever there was a time to be afraid – this is it.

Many of us feel that we are at a crossroads and the next move we make must be decisive. This is the time in our lives when we need to display courage in order to move to forward. What is that spark which causes us to make the bold choice and venture forth into the untried? As we watch some of our peers, it seems that they are fearless while we seem to hesitate so often. How do they do it? Where does that courage come from and how can I get it?
In this presentation, Bill Hellkamp, founder of REACH Development Systems, will discuss what causes us to be fearful and how we can develop that “little spark of courage” when we most need it.
