We all desire more consciousness and connection in our lives, and especially from our leaders. We are yearning to feel inspired, but are often surrounded by poor examples of leadership. We see everything from leaders leaving a legacy of long lasting emotional scars to many leaders being average at best and being unmemorable. When I ask the question, what percentage of the leaders in your career, would you want to work for again, I get less than 27%. These memorable leaders who have inspired us and moved us to want to work with them again leave footprints of success we can all learn from.
Through my combat, professional, and executive and team coaching experience, you will learn leadership lessons that helped the 27% of leaders to standout and be memorable.
During this discussion Floyd will share stories and the five most common traits that create memorable leaders.
Agenda:
- Registration and hot breakfast buffet from 7:30 to 8:00 AM
- Presentation at 8:00 AM
- Adjournment at 9:00 AM
Building & Parking Info: The meeting will be held at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel in St. Lois Park, in the Spring Room.
