About the Panelists

Mary Kruse, President and CEO, HealthSource Solutions. Having served in the health and fitness field for 30+ years, Mary spent 18 of those with Park Nicollet HealthSource. The company offers corporate wellness programs designed to reduce health risk factors in workplace environments. Mary sits on the planning committee for the American College of Sports Medicine Health and Fitness Summit. She presents frequently on Health Promotion and authored the chapter, “From the Basics to Comprehensive Programming”, within the ACSM’s Worksite Health Handbook, Second Edition: Healthy Worker, Healthy Company.

 

 

 

 

Kate Snowise, Consultant and Executive Coach, Thrive.How. Kate trained as an Industrial & Organizational Psychologist in New Zealand, and focused her research on Emotional Intelligence, Stress & Well-Being in the Workplace. All of her work is grounded in psychological theory and research, while maintaining a focus on practicality. She delivers workshops and keynotes on stress and well-being within organizations, and as a consultant, conducts well-being reviews and stress audits to help organizations create healthy workplaces for their people. She hosts the Here to Thrive podcast, and her thoughts have been featured in Huffington Post, Forbes and FastCompany.

 

 

 

 

Rob Brown, Consultant. Rob has spent 15+ years focusing on individual and organizational well-being, company culture, and employee experience. He is a change agent with hands-on experience working with individuals, teams, and executive leadership to increase organizational effectiveness and performance. Rob believes strongly in the utility and efficacy of a peer-to-peer model to enable and accelerate change. He is a Certified Intrinsic Coach (CIC) and SPHR and SHRM-SCP certified.
